Looks like you need to bulk up a shit load if you are going to continue competing in that weight class.

They made the weight classes the day that we competed after weighing everyone before the show. I competed in the 175s, last October in PA which is more reasonable than 202.

Anyway, I don’t mind. I just like to compete.

Good stuff. At first I just saw the words “log” and “320lb” and I thought it was a press. I almost shat myself.

The log deadlift looked fucking hard because the grips are so far away from the body.

How’s the car flipping work? Does it flip over cleanly or do you have to flip it again once its resting on the roof?

Yeah, that would be insane if it was a log press.

The log deadlift was a tough sumbitch because it wasn’t like a regular deadlift where it would be much closer to the body.

The competitors who were able to do it flipped the car onto its roof and then back upright onto its tires, so it was two flips. However, the 2nd flip looked easier than the first for most people.
