Im currently using this routine after my back workouts

Im planning to use it for 6 workouts ( currently finished my 3rd ) then move on i was wondering if there is a way to manipulate the loading parameters or change the exercises so i could carry on with this style routine as it kicks my butt and is without a doubt working like magic !
