You’ve been deadlifting Mister

You’ve been deadlifting Mister

you need more mass, you have a good base but now you need too spend 2-3 years just bulking

how do you almost have a 5? no offense bro good job on losing the weight and all but youre pretty small. hoping your intentions now are to put on some size? i know you just got your abs and probaly want to show it off since you just dropped 50lbs but yea, time to put on the weight.

Keep it up.
