Up your arimadex to 1mg / week in split doses. Retest six week thereafter. 200mg a week is already a lot, prob don’t need more but check in six weeks.
Rule: Most anastrozole over-responders need 1mg anastrozole per 100 mg T ester.
That means two mg anastrozole per week.
With E2 47.6 and a target of 22pg/ml: [what is a pq?]
New dose = old dose X 47.6/22 or 1.0mg/week X 2.16 = 2.16mg/week
