Anyone know wtf this is? I heard about it, but forgot the name. Basically its a deadlift, relatively light weight, and you kind of drop the bar from the top position to around your knees and pull it back up, done with high reps. He talked about it in an old video, but the name of the move escapes me. Thanks!
