Your labs are hard to read for two reasons.
There are many things out of range on your labs.
TT is very low, FT assumed the same.
There are two possibilities:
Your LH and FSH are extremely low. Then your testes should be smaller and not hanging, probably pulled up tight.
Your testes are not working, LH/FSH would be high and testes would seem normal and hanging properly.
Over training can harm hormone levels.
You need to read the first two stickies below and come back with more info.
Please read the stickies found here: About the T Replacement Category - #2 by KSman

Evaluate your overall thyroid function by checking oral body temperatures as per the thyroid basics sticky . Thyroid hormone fT3 is what gets the job done and it regulates mitochondrial activity, the source of ATP which is the universal currency of cellular energy. This is part of the body’s temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.

Your pituitary is not producing LH/FSH.
Possible causes:
major blow to the head
prolactin secreting pituitary adinoma - typically easily managed
very high estrogen levels - hard to imagine how
other pituitary problem
You need lab work for:
prolactin
LH/FSH
Estradiol [E2
Where are you located?
Please provide more info as suggested in the advice for new guys sticky.
And do need those requested oral body temperatures.
We do get a lot of guys here in your age group. But your total testosterone seems to be a record low.
List all supplements, might be getting too much zinc.

AST/ALT can be elevated from sore or not recovered muscles.
Your low T is dangerous to bone health and is causing hot flashes.
You should reduce training, your body is not ready for this.
