I'm looking to simplify my training and I realy enjoyed reading your 20 Minute Muscle Building Program. I'm thinking of following it 3x per week, but I've the following questions:
How long to rest between sets?
Is it Ok to alternate Front Squats and Deadlifts each workout? What about BOR and Weighted Chins?
I don't OHP because of previous shoulder injuries and I'm guessing such heavy OHP work would mess me up again. What changes would you make to the program for those who can't OHP?
Is it OK to add light arms/shoulder/abs work at the end?
