I’m looking for a change of pace from 531 and was wondering if your 20 minute muscle builder would be a good program for a type 2B? I’m just looking to change things up for a month or two, and it’s my best guess that I’m a 2B based on your explanations. I seem to handle volume just fine but I do get fried (CNS?) on maximal lifts, which is why I want to try something different than 531. Thanks for your input!
Not really. It’s not an optimal program anyway, it is a solution for those who just don’t have time to train.
“The Best Damn Training for natural lifters…” series (3 programs) would be a better choice. You can scale it down to 4 days a week if you want.
