but I don’t understand the protocol:

Day 1 and day 2 are to be repeated twice per week. Day 3 is to be performed once per week on the day of the trainee’s choice. Using the same rep and set scheme, two upper body days of the trainee’s choice are to be alternated for a total of five training days per week.

Does this mean only 2 leg workouts per week, or 4?

To me it looks like all 5 days are leg workouts…

I believe its 2 leg days per week. and 2 upper body days per week. When he says repeat the workout he really means repeat the rep/set/speed scheme

Yeah, it’s pretty confusing. I think it would be a CRAZY amount of volume to do 5 leg workouts + 2 upperbody though. (And I’m usually volume queen!) Anyone tried the plan? What did you do while on it? 5 or 3?

So what’s the approximate ratio that the average person’s lower body vs. upper body?

1:1, i train legs, and upper body twice per week.
