x2. You need more size, bud. Don’t be afraid to eat more. What is your current workout scheme?

If you’re not gaining weight steadily, eat more.

Whats a day’s diet for you?

Are you focusing on gaining strength in your lifts? What lifts are you using? set-rep schemes?

Whats your split and current lifts like?

Up another 2 lb to

146lb now.

Adding about an lb every week or 2. I see the “lean bulk” isant so popular here. I’ve added a good amount of mass since summer, at some points I was 130lb.

hardgnr, what imbalence’s do I have?

And here is a picture from Xmas 2007

I love that in every picture u black out your face…but in your profile pic we can clearly see you lol…just ann observation, anyhow good work…eat more and lift heavy things.

the black outs arent to hide my identity, just silly tensing faces I make lol.

Gotcha lol…I make those too

Now please compare that with your current pic and tell me if you honestly think you’ve made good progress in a year?

You’re young, you could be making huge gains if you eat enough and train harder. I do about the same in 1 workout as you do in 2, and I train 4 times a week.

How does Deadlift 2 x 5 225 and 3 x 5 225 work? and squats? 1x5 136? 4x5 202???

I do a light warm up on squats but not on deadlifts. Thats how it works?

144 lbs!? wat!? gain another 30-40 lbs, then come back. i envy you because you can probably go on very long bulks without the need to diet down, but right now you just look like a shrimp.

I gave you an 8 but if I could 8.5. Your body is better than that 80 or 90% of the guys in here. Go for the Cristiano Ronaldo look, not the Dorian Yates. lol

HAHAHAHAHAHA

We don’t like the ‘lean bulk’ here because it doesn’t work. At all.

You are in good shape for an average 19yo, but you need to increase your muscle mass if you want a respectable score. There are plenty of articles here on building muscle. Good luck with the bulking.

Please go eat a sandwich. Please.
