Hello, I been training for two years. A month ago I started a caloric deficit and I dropped from 76kg(167lbs) to 74kg(163lbs) and I will keep cutting but I don’t know how much, how much do you estimate to be well shreded ? I measure 1.73cm and i have 19 years old.
