2 questions about Eat like a man

Hi again. I have 2 questions about the eat like a man diet.

  1. The autor says that to obtain your diary calories intake you have to multiply your weight by 18 times. My question is if that applies if you train only 3 times per week.

  2. The author also says that if you eat less than that nothing happens. My question is which is the lowest calories intake per day.
