2 Months Free; Time to Get Busy!

Hi!

I;v currently got 2 months off Uni and was going to start hitting the gym HARD.

I am allready doing resistance training 6 times a week, but am not doing any real consistant cardio/fat burning work.

So how sould I do this?

I was told that should try and keep cardio away from resistance, and what about diet? low carb? etc etc…

Any real info will help, iv been training for 2.5 months now, and am loving it! Made a lot of muscle, but havent lost enough fat.

225Lb

bfat 25%-30% (estimate)

Suppliments:

Metabolic Drive: breakfast/supper
Horsley’s Ice: Pre and Post training
Shot chair Carbs: pre and Pst training
Smash: Pre training
Omega 3 tables: 5 a day

low/moderate cardio 45 min upon waking

an hour later hit the gym

2-3 hours later a 45 min intense cardio, or hell play basketball for 2 hours/go swimming, something

if you really want more cardio do another 15-20 min after lifting

What are your goals? Do you want to lose fat or gain muscle?

Well over the last 2 months iv gained alot more muscle, now for the next 2 months i intend to loose more fat, tho dont really want to loose any muscle :stuck_out_tongue:
