When you’re doing the two workouts a week is the original 5/3/1 reps the way to go or 5’s pro? Is it advisable to do bbb? If so, what would be the best way to implement it? On both lifts for the day or just one?
Combine 2 lifts a day (squat & bench and deadlift & press)
5’s PRO + 5x5 FSL
Rep PR’s + 3x5 FSL
Bike/Airdyne - light recovery everyday

There are dozens of different 2 day/week 5/3/1 programs. There is no right/wrong answer. I don’t know what to tell you other than it depends on which specific 5/3/1 program you are doing.
