I’ll keep this short and sweet as I know a lot is being asked of you atm.
Due to budget and my current level of strength I have decided that I am not ready for Plazma yet so I am currently using the double dosing protocol of Surge Recovery as suggested by Chris shughart a while back and using a push/pull/leg split to build up my strength in some key lift. After experiencing some good gains I would like to look at trying one of your older programs using the push+high pull/ pull+leg split and therefore upping my frequency. My question is:
Will Surge Recovery provide the level of.recovery (providing my diet is solid) needed.to support this kind.of program?
