Due to a job change I can now only do 2 days a week in the gym. I love using joker sets and fsl and very little assistance work. Would this fit?
Monday

thursday
deadlift 531 jokers and fsl
press 531 jokers and fsl
my only concern is it being too taxing on the body doing two lifts in one day like that. I guess with a couple days rest in between I should be ok though. Thoughts?
This is exactly what I have been doing for a few months and it’s been going great. I have made good progress and I feel less beat up and very focused and ready to lift on those 2 days. I add in 2 days of moderate conditioning as well. I think you will be pleased with this template. Don’t be afraid to push it hard.
