Hey gents I gotta question for you. I've been training quite a while and I'm trying to get different people's perspectives on this matter. I train twice a day usually, same muscle group both workouts, both sessions about an hour each. Today was the first rest day I've taken in a long while.
I've gotten a lot stronger doing what I have been but would I see better results with just 1 a day gym sessions due to a lack of recovery time? I have about a 5-7 hour gap in between each gym session.
