I would like to give a try to a program that includes 2 a day sessions. I read some articles on the subject but still not sure how to design one that would fit my schedule and would appreciate some help/suggestions, here’s my plan :
I would have time to train 2x a day/2 days a week and I would like to train 4 days per week.
What would be the best program for my goal and schedule?
Many programs involves 2 sessions a day/4 days a week or 2 a day 3 days a week (HFT)
