1st Test Cycle. Lean Muscle Gain

Hello everbody!

So I´am planning to do a Testosterone Enanthate cycle. Beginner cycle only. I have no experience with AAS.

So here it goes.

My stats:

Age: 22

Weightlifting: 3 years

Hight: 1,81cm (~5ft 11inch)

Kg: 80kg (~ 176 pounds)

Bodyfat: 12-15% (abdomen is slightly popping out)

Workout: 5 days a week, ALWAYS HEAVY (8-12 reps) (4 sets)

Cycle Plan
Week 1-10 Test Enth 250mg every 3 days
Week 1-11 Adex 0.25mg every other day
Week 12 Adex 0.125mg every other day

PCT
Week 13 Nolvadex 20mg x 2 a day (40mg every day)
Week 14-16 Nolvadex 20mg every day

What do you guys think???

You could add clomid to your pct, and also think bout running HCG as well.

Are they realy necessary?..just asking…i followed the newbie thread here. Thank you for your quick response :wink:

HCG is if you wana keep your nuts.

ok…my nuts are very important to me…hahaha…so HCG is a must than…so lets see:

Week 3-10 HCG 250iu x 3 a week

Is this ok??

In the newbie thread says nolva or clomid…so i have nolva im my pct should i go with clomid too??

Most people use both, the hcg can be run from the beginning if you have enough. Also maybe consider running the cycle for 10 weeks instead of 12.

A guy just informed me to run HCG in week 10-13 250ui EOD…what do you think???

250iu 2x a week subq is sufficient… during cycle and ending before pct is how u should run it

your body makes me think u know dick about diet/training. u might want to get that fixed so you don’t have to rely on aas as a crutch
