1st Real Cycle

Ok. I’ve read and read and read. I’m looking to get as lean as possible while taking care of some joint (shoulder) problems.
My history. I’ve taken ph’s off and on. The last supplement I’ve taken was superdrol. I took, maybe 5 years ago, 250mg /week of test cypionate. I didn’t get that much out of it. Well it wasn’t even as good as SD…?
Stats: mid thirties 5’9" 208 14% bf. Training off and on for 20 years.
Chest 47"
Arms: 17.5"
Waist: 34"
Legs not sure will measure soon.
Now I was thinking about taking test e for about 14weeks (500mg)
with Deca (300mg)for 12 weeks. I’ve heard EQ is about as good for joints as deca with more vascularity? Pct will be nolva and exemestane for four weeks with maybe hcg. I was thinking about winny but that will kill my shoulder right?

I really only want to at least keep my size while getting as lean as possible. I will obviously be dieting like mad over the cycle. Calorie suggestions? Will HGH help that much or are there other things I am missing. If you want go ahead and flame me but the more I read the more I get confused so if anyone has the same type of history please chime in.
