25g fat? my gosh, i think i use that much just cooking eggs. :frowning: oh wait, i get that much just FROM the eggs, aahhh

so you think more fat ??? on low carb day ?

I agree your fats are way way low Id at least up them on medium and low days. also the fats are very limited if limiting myself in fats Id be sure to get fish oils not Flax. Some olive oils as well as some sources of Sats like red meat, dairy, egg yolk

agree with phill. too hard to cut on a low carb AND low fat diet; lose muscle as well. + it will turn your excess protein into carbohydrate if it’s your only energy source, sort of defeating the purpose (at least I think this is how it works, get someone else to confirm)

thanks guys. how about the rest ?

aside from the addition of meats and fats??

Some fruit wont hurt but looks good try it and see how it goes
