Hey guys, I'm 25 years old and have been consistently lifting for 8 years. I was wondering what your guys' thoughts were on my plans for my first cycle. I eat very clean, limiting myself to one cheat day a week. I train on a 3 day split, chest/tris, back/bis, and legs/shoulds. Each workout is roughly 2.5 hours. My caloric intake is around 4,000 calories a day, as I'm trying to pack on lean mass over the course of the next 12 weeks. Heres my plan:
Weeks 1-12: Test E 250 mg 2x/week
OPTIONAL: (Weeks 1-8 Tren E 125mg 2x/week)
Weeks 1-12: Arimidex 0.25mg EOD
PCT: Weeks 14-18: Clomid 75/50/50/50
I'm curious as to what you guys think about me also adding the Tren E in. I've gotten mixed reviews about it, some say see how the Test E works out by itself and try Tren in the next cycle just to see how you respond to Test, however some say you might as well use it in the first cycle if you really want to make some serious gains. I appreciate any guidance. Thanks.
