Wait 2 weeks from last pin to start Nolva. Test levels return back to around baseline after 2 weeks, then continue to go below baseline. So start Nolva then

What do you mean test levels return to normal or baseline after 2 weeks? After 2 weeks, the exogenous Test is just clearing your system, depending upon what ester you were injecting. You are still waiting for your natural production to kick back into gear, hence the PCT. Natural test could be couple months to recover.

But you are right, start taking the Nolva 2 weeks after last pin.

Ok I’m going to be taking nolva on cycle. stop for 2 weeks after last pin. Then start the 40/40/20/20?
