For a 1b training block, you say 1bs need explosivness, heavy stuff and a little bit of isolation.
My question is how would a session be set up?
How much volume is devoted to explosive work compared to heavy work?
1b need variation, is that methods, exersies or both?
Should all the reps regardless of if it’s explosive, heavy or iso work be done with max acceleration and a deemphasis on the eccentric ?
