1B Program and Diet?

Hi Coach I know you say 1B shouldn’t have carbs pre workout. I train at 5am and my pre workout meal is about 1 cup of non fat Greek yogurt with a little protein and a tablespoon of peanut butter with a total of about 7 grams of carbs is this ok or do have a better suggestion?
Also as far as the program I have a mild scoliosis and loaded carries really help me out. Where in the 1B program would you place those and what would you take out?

For what it’s worth, I’m a 1B and I often have Greek yogurt pre-workout and find it doesn’t make me sleepy. Now potatoes, rice, pasta, bread on the other hand…

Same. It’s just enough to put some substance in my stomach at 5am without feeling full. I also wash it down with black coffee.

Haha! I always have black coffee too!
