Well this is me. I didnt do very well in the olympia amateur, 15th out of 25. I wasnt really lean though i think i ve decent structure. Right now 7 weeks out from a show, dieting, 2300kcals a day, 45 min cardio daily. Hope this time i get in shape on time!

Bis need some breadth. Upper chest forsure needs more shelf! thickness and fullness. Pecs in general are not a strong point, especially front delt/pec minor tie in.
FOcus on coming in conditioned, its too late to build that mass.
All in all abs look great same with lats and traps. Good luck!
