Alright you guys here we go with this.
Rate we whatever but I’d much rather you critique.
I am far from anything I want to look like.
But figured some of you more seasoned lifters could spot out my weak points.
Just don’t hate on me too bad.
And yes legs are lacking I know I have been hitting them hard again.
And if you are curious what the lil spots are on my upper chest, shoulders and back are it’s backne and shit but never touched roids.
