19, Army, Becoming an Officer


hey I am 19, i go to Marion Military Institute to become an officer in the Army. I have been lifting for a couple of years now but my problem is that when i start to make good gains i get sent to training with the military and have to give up the gym for up to months at a time. now that I am back at school I have time and access to a gym, and need advice on what to work on.

I’d say you got a good base.
Just get to the gym and hit it hard.

lookin pretty big.

Chest and traps looking good, unfortunately they draw attention to you delts which need more work to balance things out. You’;re still young though, just try to make everything bigger for now! :slight_smile:
