Have you started training back? No. You need to to. There are more exercises than bicep curls and bench press.

Here’s a back shot for the last poster, i’m sorry I posted in the wrong forum I’m new to tmuscle but not to lifting or forums of this nature. I don’t really appreciate being treated like a dumb ass though

i would consider bulking some more before cutting…core looks somewhat lacking if you cut down
your stomach will be flat you won’t have the bumps…just my guess but it looks like when
you train abs you do very high reps…try switching it up for a few months and training abs
like other body parts doing sets of 10-8-6 heavy resistance…try doing variations of resistance
ab exercises that incorporate bending and twisting…you looking good though try putting up some pix
of legs and back…squats and deadlifts are probably one of the best excercises for the core.
