I’m currently half way through a bulk. I started out at 168 after an unfortunate summer as far as weightlifting goes. I reached my goal of 180 by October then ran into some shoulder injury trouble that slowed down upper body work. I’m just coming back from that now. Next goal is 190 by christmas, 200 by end May (health permitting)
My lifts are
DL 435 straps (415 raw)
Squat 350 belted (340 non)
Diet wise I’m aiming for 4500-5000 calories a day, little less on off days.
BF% don’t care, not important.
Obvious weak points… Wheels(especially sweep), chest, calves(I’m sure you’ll take my word on it).
Come onnnn higher than a 4!
