A few light squats, some kettle bell bench, decline bench and light conventional and sumo pulling. Pretty much all the lifts I normally mention

Kettle bell bench was 24kgs for 3 sets of 15
135x10, 225x10, 295x6, 335 for 4 sets of 3, 340x3
Alternated deadlift sumo and conventional

(con 315x5), (s 315x5), (con 405x5), (s 405x5)
Sumo just feels ungodly easy. Legs were slightly sore but weight moved very fast.
