Thanks man. I know I could have giving a 1600 a run if my back didn’t screw me. But My back is feeling great I’m just hesitant to squat any weight. Cant believe how tiring it is doing 50 reps with 135.

Hit some kettle bell bench and some heavier sumo pulls. My arm span is 72" compare to my height 68" there is zero range of motion. But legal is legal. I almost feel like next year I could take a crack at ed coans 766 but its still early. This was I think my fourth deadlift day this week. Video will be up on my youtube page. Kettle bell bench was 32kg per side x 15, 15, 18

deadlifts were paused cant remember my warm up reps but 405x2 and 475x11- last two felt locked though tough to tell from video.

Thanks I hate computers so I do what I can. I’ll have to get back to you on the camera once I get home. Its nothing great, spent just enough to get the job done

Nice, maybe if I check that out it’ll keep me more accountable to actually filming my training sessions. Most of the time its too much trouble to bother with my phone. Messes up my mental focus

Nothing great the last two days. Some 225 squats and 295 decline reps.

Just light squats and some close grip paused bench

Did some paused deadlift and paused bench
Legs didn’t feel tired till I started pulling. Definitely had more in me then what I hit.
Paused deads went
135x10, 225x6, 315x3, 405x2, 475x2, 525x6- feel I have 9-10 when my legs arent tired

pause bench went
135x10, 185x6, 235x6, 285x6, 335x2.

Little bit of reps on decline bench and some kettle bell bench

135x20, 225x22, 255x14, 275 paused x6

kettle bell bench was 3 sets of 12 with 28kg bells

Still keeping squats light. And hit some kettle bell bench

Was tired today only did some paused bench up to 305x5. And some very light sumo pulls. Nothing really worth writing

Squats didn’t feel good after 315x5 paused on the second set. Called it on that and did some sumo paused deadlift against bands. And some lighter bench

Just hit some leg press to loosen back up and some 1 plate deads conventional, wide grip, and sumo. Also some bench

Bench sets went 135x10, 225x10, 275x10, 315 for 5 sets of 3 paused

A few light squats, some kettle bell bench, decline bench and light conventional and sumo pulling. Pretty much all the lifts I normally mention

Alternated deadlift sumo and conventional

Sumo just feels ungodly easy. Legs were slightly sore but weight moved very fast.

Should have recorded today session. Deadlfts went so great I just hit some bench and headed home.
Was planning a max rep set of 545 shooting for 10 but instead went heavier was going to hit doubles with 585 but Got to it and it was too easy again
I have to work on being slower off the ground. I feel strong all around but when I break the floor fast I get pulled forward.

this was 5 lbs under my best triple, 5lbs under my best single and a new 5rm all in one day which the lifts before were set on all different days. Was very tempted to push for a pr with 645 but am going to save it for another day

Been getting pretty tired lately. Going to work, come home, hunt, lift, sleep. I’ve got a big buck running around my area and I’m trying to catch him when he messes up. But training is still going good. Looking for a big deadlift session in 2-3 days I’ll record. Today just did some back accessories and 5x5 on decline

Got out of work to late too hunt and felt decent so figured I’d do some pulling. Hit a big pr considering my best previous deadlift was 640. Other than deadlift I just hit some lighter crap. Bodyweight was 188 today. Deadlift session is on my youtube channel. Only my second ever heavy Sumo deadlift day. I’m built for sumo with my long ass arms. Hard to record by myself. It is a shity angle sorry for that
