Maiden, that should be your Avatar pic man. You look thick as shit AND lean, great work. Is this the way your arm always looked, or is there anything you did to get that “sidways V” shape developed. I’m trying a bunch of Hammer curl/slower movements to focus on the Brachialis more to build that on my arm… results pending.

haha thanks man. I think a lot of it is genetic as my dad and brothers both have good peaks as well. I haven’t done anything special or advanced for them. I do like to start off a lot of my bicep workouts with hammer curls, mostly 6-8 rep range heavy, but never really did any slow movements.

oh we were going swimming i was wearing really high shorts under the t-shirt. I dunno i guess i do it for laughs and stuff in the neighborhood when we play volley ball or go swimming.
