thanks for e input man :slight_smile: much appreciated. eh no.i’m put on weight easily. so i eat only mostly meat and some carbs after my workouts.

You look great. I like the Back+Arms most. But you might look better with undyed hair. What did your routine look like?

thank! eh i have just been doing a standard bodyspilt since i started.

Day 1:Chest
Day 2:Back
Day 3:Shoulders Triceps
Day 4:Legs Abs( for e past 1/2 a year or so)
Day 5:Rest
Day 6:Arms Abs
Day 7:Rest

but i rotate reps,TUT,sets the occasional super sets and stuff. yup. chest and back i try to do abt 20sets per training so i don’t really got much time to do any minor body part. lol.

Take your measurements and google for the Perfect Ratio between your Bodyparts (eg: Chest circumference/waist = 1,4).
It might just be the photo but you look very heavy on top. And Squat heavy :).
