hey guys i'm 17 been training abt 2 yrs just wanted to know where my weak points are and how i should go abt improving them! personally i think my arms are weak so yea. anws my stats are
my lower body's kinda weak i know.only started training em abt 6 months ago.before that i was only doing bench and curls lol. so yea.
Oh and i really need some advice on how to get bigger arms.i've been doing tons of curls and rowing excercises(only my back grows) and yet my arms are still small (16 inches) i would like 17.5 inches without putting on too much fat.does anyone have any suggestions?
my typical arm workout would be
4 exercises for 4 sets for biceps
4 excercises for 4 sets for triceps
so it'd usually take close to 2 hours and i kinda suspected i'm over training but if i don't do that many sets i won't ache the next day...hmm once again any advice would be appreciated! thanks
