17 Years Old and Lost

hey guys I’m 5’5" and have been training bodybuilding for about 8 months strictly. I did powerlifting for about 2 years. I recently started doing push pull legs 6 days a week. is it a good split? thank you guys.

It is a good split, even moreso if you enjoy it.

I’m sorry, buddy, but that’s a terrible question. Train hard and eat right. That’s all that matters.

Look at the training logs section and you’ll see lots of strong people doing different things. Everyone’s body is different. Our brains are different. And our schedules are definitely different.

Pick a complete program that you enjoy and push yourself for years. Try different (but complete) programs just to see what works for you and what fits your personality.

Keep it simple. There’s no magic program.

+1 to other replies. I gotta question what you’ve been doing and learning for the past 2 and a bit years tho if you gotta ask this kind of stuff.

If by push pull legs you mean triceps biceps and forearms (the legs of your arms), then yes. Anything other than 6 arm days a week and you’ll be small forever.

What is your goal ? Be bigger ? Be leaner ?
