My physique is far better than yours don’t kid yourself. I Would put money down my lifts are heavier than yours, to be honest if you can’t push 315, squat 405, and pull 495 you can’t call yourself a powerlifter or even strong for that matter, and you can’t so get off this fourm and actually train. I’ve already hit all those lifts, with my “poor genetics”. You talk too much for someone so small. This fourm used to have a lot of big guys on it, now a lot have moved on and have been replaced with little punk e thugs like yourself. You should join up on bb.com.
