Back held up today for a 2 rep pr on squat with 405. And beltless. Decline went pretty good too
135x10, 225x8, 315x3, 405x12- previous best was 10 beltless and 9 belted.
Decline was after so was still slightly out of breath and tired from that squat set
135x10, 225x8, 275x4, 325x1, 375x2, 405x1.
Would really like to be able to pull off a big squat at the comp but well see how it goes. I'd be happy with anything over 550. Body weight is right at 185. So if I keep it there I won't lose any strength from that small cut
