Crapy day today I basically warmed up paused 365 on bench and went home. Its ungodly hot right now

Yesterday worked up to a 550 squat and a few paused triples with bench 275+ a band about 50lbs up top. Nothing special but did get a bit wobbly out of the hole with the squat and ended up making it more difficult than it should have been

Was running off grape nos today instead of a preworkout. Benched pretty decent and front squated a new paused best I believe

Bench was with 45 lbs of total chain weight but only about 25 was off the floor.
135x10, 225x6, 315x3x3, 365 straight weight for a healthy paused single followed by 315x3 no chains on this either.

135x10, 225x8, 315x1, 365x1 paused

I need to work on the top part of my bench. Seems like off my chest is very strong then I grind at the top it never used to be this way

Hit some back squat and kettle bell bench today

455x1 breathing pause. Legs were tired a bit from ghr and front squats yesterday. But guess it still aint bad

Kettle bell bench was 3 sets of 6 with 40kgs per side
Then a set of 25 with 28kgs. I couldnt feel my arms or shoulders on the last few reps

Main thing today was max reps deadlift with 535. Only got 8 and couldnt lock 9, then pulled 605x2 and 615x1

hunting season is coming so the last two days i’ve been sweating my ass off getting things ready. So lifts are being affected slightly

Today just sucked. Wanted to hit reverse band squat but tweaked my back warming up. And basically called it a day

Back was feeling better today but not perfect so put off squats snd did some leg press instead along with some paused bench

135x10, 225x6, 295x6, 335x2, 360x1, then tng 315x5

Felt good today. Hit some reverse band squat. Band takes off 65lbs at the bottom. And some heavy ish flat bench tng with a top double paused

Squats went. 135x10, 225x8, 315x3, 405x1, added reverse band, 475x1, 525x1, 550x1, 570x1, 585x1
took off the band hit 475 for about a 5-6 second breathing pause then took off the belt hit 405 for about a 5 second breathing pause. Really believe I had 600 in me but didn’t have a spotter and don’t like to fail and drop under the weight. It effects my next squat session

Hey vincepac, I noticed mostly all your power lifts you train heavy between 1-3 reps, do you always train heavy? You never burn out?

Yea. I don’t like to really hit a lot of reps. I’ll do sets of 10 for accessory work but the main movements are mostly very low rep. As for burning out there are some days I’m not into it, had about two or three recently but I know in a day or two I’ll be killing it again

Was pretty busy today. Hit some deads and close grip bench

Deads went
135x10, 225x8, 315x3, 405x1, 495x1, 585x4. I wanted 5 and it would have been 50/50 shot but there was a girl in front of me fairly close and sometimes I spit a little on that last rep of an all out set. I dont want to be known as the spit guy haha. So figured I’d go 635 for a single. That flew off the ground just above the knees and wouldnt lock. But did get me thinking I should be good for 645-650 on a fresh day considering I pushed pretty hard on 585. Then just for the hell of it I paused two singles with 585 about 3 inches off the ground before locking them.
Close grip was not that great
135x10, 225x10, 295x2, 335x1 and missed 350

Body weight was down a bit, 184 today

She is. Otherwise I would have spit on her haha. shes been in from of me my last few deadlift days
