Was finally finishing up my truck today so worked in the sun sweating for about 5 hours and was about 183lbs.
Hit deads, decline, and close grip. Cause I was lifting wit a buddy at his gym
Deads went 135x10, 225x8, 315x3, 425x1, 545x6

nothing moved good but I didn't eat today and hardly drank water. Decline was surprisingly still fairly strong though I believe on a good day I'm up in the low 4s
A side note I tried another friends squat shoes on thursday. I just got my pair today. They feel way better than the dc s I was wearing. Get ready for big squat numbers
