Did some squats with band tension. Same bands as the ones I use for reverse bands so about the same tension. Speed Deadlifts I might be bumping up to 565 cause 545 is moving great. Also hit some light back and ghR

Have you always worn your belt that high for squats? I thought generally people wear it lower on squats than deadlifts, I think I wear mine quite low for both lifts
Max deficit pulls today using 35lb plates for a 10 Lb pr which I missed last time. This time I felt I had another 5-10lbs I could’ve thrown at it. followed with a few sets of ghr, light dual pulley rows, and safety bar squats. Had to switch up my days a bit cause of hunting season prep and with the holiday coming as well as a fishing comp with my little cousins. But should be back on track by Wednesday.

Finally did it. Hit my first ever 400 bench press. Unfortunately did not get a video. It moved slow but not too bad, 405 would have been a big grind. I’ll save it for next time. Also hit 430 with the slingshot. So that two bests. Can not believe how well everything is going. I’m about 2weeks out from a 730 pull I’m about 90% sure I’ll hit then possibly pushing for 740 with straps.
Took today off but was on my feet all day. Helped my little cousins take first and second place in that fishing contest. And almost lost one of my poles in the process. A small channel cat hit it hard and I managed to grab the pole about two feet out in the water before it went under.
Just caught up on your log, I had fallen pretty far behind. Some awesome work in here man, you have some huge lifts in here and no signs of slowing down!
Thanks. Finally feel like I figured out what works for each lift and haven’t had any injuries holding me back. Gaining a few lbs also helped. I’m actually surprised at the progress im making.
Today was my first off day. But wasn’t really that bad
Felt confident in hitting a double at 545 for squat. Best before that was 530. First rep moved well second rep pulled me forward hips shot up and couldn’t get it. Definitely have move in me for a single and I think on a better day it would go. Called it a day and went home and did brakes and rotated my tires since it freed time. Body weight was a bit light all that didn’t help. 189
Did some close grip bench, slingshot up to a new max then an easy 365 paused raw. Some machine rows and footbal bar. Been working later and it’s hurting my lifts a bit. I work in a warehouse that get pretty hot. I think I could hit even more with the slingshot on a good day.
Back was a little sore from failing the squat the other day. Kept it somewhat easier on squat but still heavy, some speed work on Deadlifts, machine rows and called it a day. Have to eat more weight dipped into the 180s with the heat and all the running around I’m doing prepping for hunting season.

There’s two things that make me lift like shit, when I don’t have music and when I’m mad. Well my headphones broke on the way to the gym so I was pissed off. Just did close grip and slingshot bench and left. And my spotter on bench stole the third rep of my top set of close grip which pisses me off more. I told him a head of time don’t steal my reps.
Had to redo my bench day. Managed to get my headphones to work they will only stay connected if I connect them straight off the charger. Hit some comp grip tng bench up to a pr double then two sets of slingshot bench, football bar, light dual pulley rows and a few pull ups. No heavy back today I’ll be pulling big tomorrow to prep for that giant Deadlift next week.
