Was off to a great start my level on my squat belt broke today so squats were beltless. I use a different belt for deads so that was ok but didn't have a screw driver to swap it. Doubles at 80% though I think my squat max is already past the 515 I did two weeks ago.
135x10, 225x8, 315x5, 365x3, 415 8 sets of 2 with 40 seconds between sets.
135x8, 225x6, 315x5, 405x3, 495 for 6 fast singles.
Then finished with some ghr , leg press and a little back. Weights are really moving fast right now.
