Squats today. Not the greatest day since I front squatted yesterday and my body has to adjust back to front or back squatting daily.

Squats went
135x10, 225x8, 315x5, 365x3, 415x3, 435x3, 455x3, 475x2- disappointed in myself for not going 3 on this.

Posted a video of some bench and stuff from tonight. Also hit some incline dumbbells

75s x20 and 100s x 12

Might be pulling against bands in a few days would like to hit 585 + 90 lbs of band tension on top.

Hit a max rep set on deadlift today a little incline dumbbell press and some other stuff. Deadlift really kicked my ass though.

75s x 8, 105s x 6, 115s x5 - just tried to move these fast had a good amount of reps left

I’m getting away from benching early in my work out because it tends to hurt my shoulders. Hitting dumbbells before seem to be helping also.

Ate a lot before the gym. Felt very strong today. Hit some deadlifts, incline db press and a bit of shoulders.

Not sure if I should start a new log for an 1800+ at 198 drug free Didn’t get to my 1650 at 181 but I know it would be there early 2017

How do you program your weeks man? I’ve been doing somewhat of a chaos and pain approach and love it, but I’m wondering about doing high frequency training somewhat like yourself.

I don’t really program I pull every 5-7 days. Going heavy two weeks ish then wave back to max rep sets with lighter weight the next two ish weeks. Front squat or back squat daily except for the day before and day of deadlifts ( working this back in slowly) and have started hitting a lot off bench volume with db presses often to save my shoulders for heavy bench. All my lifting depends how I feel that day. My number one rule is if you don’t feel like doing it dont do it cause more than likely it will just suck. I also do a lot of assistance work daily that I don’t mention in here cause most people don’t want to read about me doing ghr sets or shoulder pressing 40s.

Amen to that. Okay cool, I’m nowhere near your lifts really, but I’m really enjoying pulling, squatting and pressing often so I figured I’d ask. Thanks man!

Hit some squats today which I was pretty happy with. First time touching 500 since I hurt my back. And some close grip paused bench

Feeling great with the addition of a weight gainer along with my food. I tend to get more energy rather than put on a lot of weight. Back was still a bit tired but hit a heavy set of deadlifts anyway. top set Moved fairly easy. For those following, the last set will be at the end of my next video. Also did a little bd flat bench

Feel a little sick from the car ride home from work so going to take the day off. I think once I’m waking up at 195 I’ll start a new log. At that point it will start being a pain in the ass to cut to 181. Right now I’m still only about 188-9 after eating
