Feeling great with the addition of a weight gainer along with my food. I tend to get more energy rather than put on a lot of weight. Back was still a bit tired but hit a heavy set of deadlifts anyway. top set Moved fairly easy. For those following, the last set will be at the end of my next video. Also did a little bd flat bench
