Not particularly, neither your shoulders nor your frame, looking at your wrists, seems to be very large or thick

The bigger your frame the stronger and larger you can eventually become.

If your goal is just to get to 215 or so and look like an athletic gym rat then I would say you could do so eventually, but thats true of almost everyone.

Jordan, you’ve got a good body to work with, but bring on the hamburgers! My younger brother had a similar physique when he started training and taking whey protein. Now he’s all beefy, I like to pretend he’s my bodyguard when we’re out together. Lol so there is hope!

OP, yeah you’re lean like you should be if you’re a boxer. But you shouldn’t be on a bodybuilding website announcing your “good frame” and not expect to get the piss taken

Then get eating and hit them weights.

There is no way any of that 180 could have been useful muscle… My word, I’d reccomend the cheeseburger and milk diet. Heavy squats and deads too, you’ll be more ripped and 10x larger after a big bulk/cut.
