As you can see I am 16 years old and looking for advice with my diet and training. As of right now i am 5'6" and weigh ~150lbs with 18% body fat. I'm just wondering how I should go about losing fat. Should I focus on losing weight/fat and then putting muscle back on, lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously, or pack on muscle and lean up later. What should nutrition/training look like for one of these plans?
