16 Year Old - 8 Months Training


As you can see from the title I am young and I haven’t been training very long. Any body parts lagging behind in your opinions?

You need to focus on everything, not just select body parts.

Do you train your legs? If not, focus on that.

I will say 8 months good progress now just put in the time under the bar real time and keep rolling bro bring everything up

You need to Bulk up.
Bulk and build a much bigger frame.

Nice job getting your abs to come through.

and i can see that you have not bad triceps but overall… you seem too skiny.

Build up a nice large chest (NOT TITS)

Build on your Obliques also… They need to Be built up… and more Ab workouts… Build Huge abs… SO looks really solid.

Massive shoulders…!

You are going to want to have massive Shoulders… Nice Big and Very broad.

Always looks good.

Very good job in getting a low body fat mate, But time to Start bulking!
