16, 5'10", 150. Want to Compete in Men’s Physique Next Year. Advice?

I want to compete in Men’s Physique in at least the next year. I posted this on another forum and the response I got was:

  • To work on chest more
  • Lean bulk / add size
  • Got potential

Weight: ~150lb morning
Height: 5”10
Age: 16
Bf: ~10% ( pic below)

How do you learn about all those advanced things like carb loading, water weight manipulation, etc?


Post a full body turnaround. That pic tells me nothing.

Carb loading, water manip… you don’t need to worry about that now. First you build the physique then you worry about dialing in your game day conditioning.
