I want to compete in Men’s Physique in at least the next year. I posted this on another forum and the response I got was:
- To work on chest more
- Lean bulk / add size
- Got potential

Weight: ~150lb morning
Height: 5”10
Age: 16
Bf: ~10% ( pic below)
How do you learn about all those advanced things like carb loading, water weight manipulation, etc?
