$150 to Spend on Stuff

Dipping belt for weighted chins and dips? Or those EZ grips that people always mention for thick grips would be helpful. Some books by Poliquin or CT would probably be a solid investment as well

If you have all of your supplements and practical gear purchased, why not save the money? It’s not going anywhere and a month or two down the line you may as well kick yourself in the ass for buying something you didn’t absolutely need instead of saving it. That, or a BJ’s/Sam’s Club run…[/quote]

I think this is the best post in the thread. I say, don’t spend it just because you can. Sit on it for a little while(month minimum) and see what comes up that might need $150. I personally would sit on it indefinitely, I don’t like spending money(and I certainly appreciate having it when I need it). But if that doesn’t appeal to you, I’d still recommend holding off on any unnecessary purchases for at least a little while.

It has been years since I used PayPal, but can you not remove that money and put it into your regular savings account? is there a fee to do that?

Got plenty of ZMA too. Any recommendation on bands? I just couldn’t find anything that looked decent…

To be honest, I haven’t tried their bands yet personally, but I heard they’re good. You’re lucky to be living in the states, I’m fiending for a lot of their bigger stuff but the overseas shipping prices would kill me

I’d use it to buy food.

Then I’d go to the gym where there’s a lot of heavy things.

While I was at the gym, I’d lift the heavy things for about an hour, or until I couldn’t do it any more, whichever came first.

Maybe 3-5 times a week.

Then, I’d drive home and eat that food.

Then I’d sleep.

I’d do that.

penis enlargement?

I was thinking porn sites, but that’s just me.

But in all seriousness, how about some good shoes and some comfortable clothes to lift in? You would be surprised how much difference clothes and shoes make in lifting.

Books also seem like a good idea.

Body by Jake Ab and Buns machine.

did some thinking on this…

  1. ironmind grip strength
  2. fat bar magnetic clip ons to turn olympic bars into fat bars.
  3. a good dip belt
  4. a sled and harness (I just built mine and love it.)
