I am 15 years old 5'10 160lb, ive been doing 3x5 for a while now and had some good results on it. but i am starting to stall and was looking for advice on a different program
Define a while? Any program at this point (assuming you're eating right and recovering) will give you gains. If I had to suggest something, from personal experience 5/3/1 is just splendid and I wish it had of been available to me when I first started lifting.
At 5'10" and 160 sounds like you can stand to eat more to bust through that stall.
