Uhhhh…Beavis??? Is that you??

I started lifting hard for football about 6 months ago. My bench has gone up from 165-225 squat 200-275 and my hand clean went from 135-160. I have kind of hit a spot now that I cant get much stronger. I know I havent peaked I just wanted some helpful hints.

huhu…huhuh…huhu…ahhh…yeah

Changing up your routine should do the trick.

What kind of a routine though, i have to keep doing some of the same lifts for football because of my coach and maybe there could be a couple of other lifts that I could add

Yeah, my hand cleans are going great. I switched to a soap with an aloe vera moisturizer, works wonders!

Why make a thread to simply see if you can get some advice here and there? That’s just dumb.

If you want general lifting and nutrition advice, go read articles and browse through threads. If you want specific advice, write a bit about your training routine, your nutrition and perhaps supply a few good picture, not that pictures are necessary.

Aren’t you afraid you’ll get too big?

It is hard to know what you should change when we don’t know what your doing, post your routine and diet up.

I think you mean hang cleans by the way not hand cleans

Monday- bench and front squat
sets 3-3, 10 8 6, 5-5, 5 4 3 2 1
(sets vary from week to week)

Tuesday- Incline bench and power clean
(same sets)

Thursday- Towel Bench and Parallel squat
(same sets)

As you know this is for football, we used to do dead lifts but we dont anymore, I assume that too many people got hurt?

PS: Supplements- Muscle Milk

How much do you eat?

You provide no information for any kind of critique. How can WE take YOU seriously. OK, I’ll give you the fact that you are 15, but how can someone help you if you don’t provide diet and an existing lifting program??

It’s like going to a doctor and asking whats wrong with you without telling him of any symptoms…does that make sense?

I can’t believe no one has said it:

Squats and Milk!
