I have been training for one year.
I started after freshman football season, at 140lbs. I went on starting strength until I hit 160lbs, then did 5x5 until 170lbs. I went back down to 160 because I stopped lifting during football, and now I'm back up to 176. I currently do a 4-day bodypart split.
Diet - 5 meals a day, 3000-4000 calories daily; 20g+ fiber, 100g+ protein... High carbs
Training- 4 days a week... Chest, Back, Legs, Arms.
Squat, 225x12 ATG
Deadlift - 365 (as of last July)
